She lead the High Peaks Yoga Alliance 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings. In addition, she leads yoga retreats in the US and abraod. She is a certified Barkan Method and Level II/III Vinyasa instructor. She also has certifications in Restorative Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Sadie Nardini’s Core Strength.
