Danielle Mangold, has been practicing yoga for over five years, and recently received her two hundred
hour, Hot-Vinyasa Instructor Certification with Julie Bell and Cindy Lundsford. Danielle is also a Licensed
Mental Health Therapist, and feels strongly that a deliberate and consistent yoga practice can help
foster a more peaceful and compassionate view towards self and others; which, greatly improves
emotional health and stability. Danielle is also very passionate about the beautiful natural space which
surrounds, and enjoys any outdoor activities; especially, when accompanied by her two dogs.
